PATCHY FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 9 AM THIS MORNING.
TEMPERATURES SHOULD RISE ABOVE FREEZING AFTER 9 AM. SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
SOME OF THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL.
