SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE FROM SHELBYVILLE TO
CHARLESTON/MATTOON TO PARIS SOUTHEAST.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE WABASH RIVER FROM TERRE
HAUTE DOWNSTREAM FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. FLOODING WILL SUBSIDE
ALONG THE LITTLE WABASH AND EMBARRAS RIVERS LATER TODAY THROUGH
TONIGHT.
