JANUARY LIKE COLD WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT.
WIND CHILL VALUES WILL REMAIN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO
TODAY AND 5 TO 15 ABOVE ZERO TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

UNSEASONABLY COLD WEATHER WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF
THE WORK WEEK...WITH AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES ONLY IN THE UPPER
20S AND 30S...WHILE OVERNIGHT LOWS DROP INTO THE TEENS. WARMER
WEATHER ARRIVES FOR THE WEEKEND.
