...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS
WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL...WHICH
IS ON TOP OF THE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN THAT HAS ALREADY OCCURRED
ACROSS PARTS OF THE AREA OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS. IN ADDITION TO
THE HEAVY RAINS THIS MORNING...SOME OF THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE WIND
GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH AT TIMES.

CURRENT INDICATIONS SUGGEST SCATTERED STORMS WILL REDEVELOP ALONG
A STRONG COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE PRIMARY LOCATION FOR
DEVELOPMENT EAST OF THE ILLINOIS RIVER. SOME OF THE STORMS THIS
AFTERNOON WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS ALONG
WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE REQUIRED THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS
EVENING. PRIMARY TIME FRAME LOOKS TO BE FROM 200 PM UNTIL 8 PM CDT
FOR ANY SPOTTER ACTIVATION...AND MAINLY EAST OF THE ILLINOIS RIVER
VALLEY.

TODAY WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. IN ADDITION TO THE HEAVY RAINS
THIS MORNING...SOME OF THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE WIND GUSTS AROUND
40 MPH AT TIMES.

AFTERNOON AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST...SCATTERED
STORMS WILL REDEVELOP TO OUR NORTHWEST AND TRACK OVER OUR AREA
LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. SOME OF THE STORMS
LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS ALONG WITH HEAVY RAINFALL.
