This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois, southeast Illinois and west central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

West-northwest winds will gust as high as 35 to 40 mph this
afternoon. This could cause difficult travel for lightweight, high
profile vehicles, especially on north to south oriented roads. Wind
gusts will diminish late this afternoon.

A hard freeze is expected tonight across all of central and
southeast Illinois. Temperatures will drop into the middle 20s
across the area. Precautions should be taken to protect sensitive,
early vegetation.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A hard freeze is expected again Monday night across the area with
temperatures expected to fall into the middle 20s. Precautions
should be taken to protect sensitive, early vegetation.
