.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT
WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION BY SUNRISE SUNDAY ALONG
AND WEST OF I-55 AND NEAR OR JUST UNDER 1 INCH OF SNOW EAST OF
I-55.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY SUNDAY AND DIMINISH SUNDAY
EVENING WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES...WITH THE
HEAVIER TOTALS ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF THE ILLINOIS RIVER. SNOW
COVERED AND HAZARDOUS ROADWAYS ARE LIKELY ON SUNDAY. SOME FREEZING
DRIZZLE IS ALSO POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT AS THE SNOW DIMINISHES.

ANOTHER WINTER WEATHER SYSTEM COULD BRING MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
OVERNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
