ILLINOIS...EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...SOUTH
CENTRAL ILLINOIS...SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TODAY...TAPERING OFF FROM
WEST TO EAST AS THE DAY PROGRESSES. LITTLE OR NO ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP TO BETWEEN 5 BELOW AND 15 BELOW ZERO
TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING...WITH THE COLDEST READINGS NORTH
OF I-70.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

A WEAK DISTURBANCE WILL BRING A PERIOD OF LIGHT SNOW TO AREAS
ALONG AND SOUTHWEST OF A RUSHVILLE TO EFFINGHAM LINE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. ANOTHER FAST-MOVING SYSTEM WILL SKIRT THROUGH THE REGION ON
FRIDAY...POTENTIALLY BRINGING A ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW TO THE ENTIRE
AREA.

BEYOND THESE TWO VERY MINOR SYSTEMS...A STRONGER FEATURE MAY BRING
A BETTER CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW LATE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY.
