A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE BY LATE TONIGHT. SEVERE WEATHER
IS NOT ANTICIPATED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT WILL TRIGGER SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
SATURDAY. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED...A
FEW STRONG STORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS, HAIL, AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL
BE POSSIBLE.

PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS
THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY REMAINS IN THE VICINITY.

HEAT AND HUMIDITY WILL BUILD ACROSS THE AREA SATURDAY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...WITH HEAT INDEX VALUES EXCEEDING 100 DEGREES EACH
DAY. THE HOTTEST DAY APPEARS TO BE TUESDAY WHEN THE HEAT INDEX MAY
CLIMB INTO THE 105 TO 110 DEGREE RANGE.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE ILLINOIS RIVER THROUGH THE PERIOD.
