THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS AND EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL
AND EASTERN ILLINOIS TODAY. HOWEVER...A LARGER COMPLEX OF STORMS
IS FORECASTED TO DEVELOP WEST OF THE AREA...NORTH OF A WARM
FRONT...AND MOVE INTO CENTRAL ILLINOIS LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK THAT SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME
SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS BEING THE PRIMARY
THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP NORTHWEST OF THE
AREA AND MOVE INTO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS FRIDAY
NIGHT. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE LOWER 90S AND PEAK HEAT
INDEX VALUES WILL RISE ABOVE THE 100 DEGREE MARK FROM FRIDAY
THROUGH MONDAY.

HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 100 TO 105 DEGREES FROM FRIDAY THROUGH
MONDAY.
