THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A WINTER SYSTEM WILL MOVE TOWARD THE AREA TONIGHT AND BRING THE
START OF THE FIRST MEASURABLE SNOWFALL OF THE SEASON TO THE AREA.
THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND ANY
ACCUMULATING SHOULD BE AROUND ONE HALF INCH BY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING AS THE WEATHER SYSTEM
CONTINUES TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA. DURING THE AFTERNOON THE
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO RAIN. TOTAL
SNOWFALL FROM THIS SYSTEM COULD RANGE FROM AROUND 1.5 INCHES JUST
EAST OF THE ILLINOIS RIVER TO OVER 2.5 INCHES NEAR THE GALESBURG
AREA.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT HAS THE
POTENTIAL FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW...BUT AMOUNTS ARE UNCERTAIN AT
THIS TIME. HOWEVER...FOLLOWING THIS STORM SYSTEM...THE FIRST
SIGNIFICANT COLD WEATHER OF THE SEASON WILL ARRIVE LATE WEEK. THE
LOWEST WIND CHILLS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WILL BE NEAR ZERO.

CHANGING TO RAIN. TOTAL SNOWFALL FROM THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO
BE AROUND A HALF INCH...MAINLY ON GRASSY SURFACES.

POTENTIAL FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW...BUT AMOUNTS ARE UNCERTAIN AT
THIS TIME. HOWEVER...FOLLOWING THIS STORM SYSTEM...THE FIRST
SIGNIFICANT COLD WEATHER OF THE SEASON WILL ARRIVE LATE WEEK. THE

BY LATE MORNING...AND SHOULD BE MOSTLY RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON.
TOTAL SNOWFALL FROM THIS SYSTEM COULD RANGE FROM ONE HALF INCH
NEAR CHAMPAIGN AND DANVILLE...TO AROUND 1.5 INCHES NEAR THE
BLOOMINGTON/NORMAL AREA.

POTENTIAL FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW...BUT AMOUNTS ARE UNCERTAIN AT
