THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...STRONG WESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP EARLY THIS
  MORNING...THEN WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 30 MPH...WHILE
  GUSTS EXCEED 40 MPH AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT ON MANY NORTH-SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADWAYS SUCH AS I-57. UNSECURED OUTDOOR OBJECTS WILL
  LIKELY BE BLOWN AROUND AND A FEW TREE BRANCHES COULD BE BLOWN
  DOWN.
