* TIMING...STRONG WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TODAY AND
  DIMINISH TOWARD DUSK.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS WILL BE 25 TO 30 MPH...WHILE GUSTS
  EXCEED 40 MPH AT TIMES ESPECIALLY FROM CHAMPAIGN NORTHEAST.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT ON MANY NORTH-SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADWAYS SUCH AS I-57. UNSECURED OUTDOOR OBJECTS WILL
  LIKELY BE BLOWN AROUND AND A FEW TREE BRANCHES COULD BE BLOWN
  DOWN.
