ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...NOW UNTIL 9 AM THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE IN MANY AREAS.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
  CONDITIONS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE.
