* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDDAY...THEN
  DISSIPATE FROM SOUTH TO NORTH AS RAIN BECOMES MORE WIDESPREAD
  DURING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN A HALF MILE.

* IMPACTS...RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN VISIBILITIES WILL CAUSE
