...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN JASPER...NORTHERN
RICHLAND AND NORTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sailor Springs, or 12 miles northeast of Flora, moving northeast at
50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Olney, Clay City, Ste. Marie, Willow Hill, Sailor Springs, Bogota,
Olney Noble Airport, Wakefield, Wendelin, Dundas, Ingraham, and West
Liberty.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central
and southeastern Illinois.
