MORNING.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL WILL CONTINUE THE REMAINDER OF THE
  NIGHT AND GRADUALLY TAPER OFF DURING THE MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES NEAR AND WEST OF THE ILLINOIS
  RIVER VALLEY...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...MAINLY WEST OF THE
  ILLINOIS RIVER.

* WIND...BREEZY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH WILL
  ACCOMPANY THIS STORM...CAUSING MINOR DRIFTING OF SNOW.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS WILL BE SLICK...
  ICY...AND SNOW COVERED. LIMITED VISIBILITIES WILL CAUSE
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AT TIMES.
