.NOW...
Through 600 pm, a cluster of showers with potentially an embedded
isolated thunderstorm continues mainly to the north of the Island
Chain. The westernmost showers, however, were slowly moving
southwestward towards the Lower Keys. Mariners encountering the
stronger showers can expect brief reduction in visibility, wind gusts
of 25 to 30 knots, and occasional lightning strikes. Island Chain
communities can expect a few to several tenths of an inch of rainfall
from any showers that move overhead.
