...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN BEAUREGARD PARISH...
SOUTHEASTERN TYLER...CENTRAL NEWTON AND NORTHEASTERN JASPER COUNTIES
THROUGH 900 AM CDT...

At 801 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mt. Union, or 8 miles southeast of Town Bluff, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jasper, Newton, Kirbyville, Merryville, Call, Fred, Fields, Bon Weir,
Burkeville, Trout Creek, Bivens, Farrsville, Magnolia Springs, Old
Salem, Mt. Union, Jamestown, Roganville, Bancroft, Harrisburg, and
Stringtown.
