...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 5 PM
EDT SATURDAY...
...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to one foot
  of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas
  due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from midnight tonight
  to 5 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide.
  For the Coastal Flood Watch, from late Saturday night through
  Sunday morning, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on
  Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is
  flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. High
  tide late tonight at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 2:35 AM.
  High tide Saturday is at 2:47 PM and high tide late Saturday
  night into Sunday is at 3:34 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to one foot
  of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas
  due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 PM this evening
  to 2 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide.
  For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Saturday evening through
  Sunday morning, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George
  Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the
  east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.
  Mary`s River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. High
  tide tonight at Piney Point is at 11:20 PM. High tide Saturday
  is at 11:50 AM and high tide late Saturday night is at 12:15 AM.
  High tide late tonight at Point lookout is at 10:24 PM and high
  tide Saturday is at 10:47 AM and 11:22 PM for Saturday night.
  High tide late tonight at Coltons Point is at 11:56 PM and high
  tide Saturday is at 12:26 PM. High tide late Saturday night is
  at 12:51 AM.
