.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving SE across the waters will weaken
and dissipate tonight. High pressure will persist to the W of the
area tonight into Tue night. A coastal low pressure trough will
develop and slowly strengthen tonight through early Wed, the will
slowly weaken Wed night. A weakening low pressure area will pass
N of the waters Mon night and Tue. A high pressure ridge will
move E over the northern waters Wed, and then remain over the N
waters Wed night into Fri night. Please be advised that the USCG
remote communications facility at Cambria is experiencing
technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We
