.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure is
moving SE through the Washington waters this morning. The low
will weaken as it nears the northern Oregon coast this afternoon,
then dissipate inland tonight. A high pressure ridge will build E
into the outer waters later today, with the ridge crossing the
region tonight into early Wed. Another low will approach the area
from the WNW on Wed as the ridge moves inland. The low pressure
will weaken and move inland along the Oregon coast Thu into Thu
night. A ridge will drift E Thu night into Fri night. Another low
pressure will move ESE towards the Washington and Oregon coasts
on Friday.
