.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the area through this week. A coastal low pressure
trough will remain along the California coast through early Wed,
then will slowly weaken Wed night. A weakening low pressure area
will pass N of the waters today. A high pressure ridge will move
E over the northern waters Wed, and then remain over the N waters
Wed night into Fri night. A low pressure will move SE towards the
northern California coast on Sat. High pressure will build E
towards the coast on Sunday. Please be advised that the USCG
remote communications facility at Cambria is experiencing
technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We
