...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER AND BRONX COUNTIES...

At 612 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Scarsdale, or
over New Rochelle, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southern Westchester and Bronx Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
