...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West
Virginia...Ohio...

  Ohio River At Point Pleasant affecting Gallia and Mason Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Point Pleasant.

* WHEN...Until late this morning.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Low-lying areas surrounding Point Pleasant
  and vicinity are flooded due to backwater. Also, the amphitheater
  lower pier is flooded and half way up the steps.  Salt Creek Road,
  Hannan Trace Road, Huntington Road at Boggs Run Road and Mason
  Eighty Road start to flood.
  At 41.0 feet, The Addison, Blaville Road in Ohio is flooded and
  low lying areas surrounding Point Pleasant and vicinity are
  flooded due to backwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 41.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM EDT Tuesday was 41.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this morning and continue falling to 27.2 feet Saturday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    43.8 feet on 02/14/2020.
