...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM AST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Corozal, Dorado, Morovis, Naranjito, Toa Alta, Toa Baja,
  Vega Alta and Vega Baja.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 513 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
