CENTRAL AND EASTERN COLORADO THIS AFTERNOON. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BECOME LIKELY OVER THE MOUNTAINS, WITH A CHANCE OF STORMS AROUND THE REST OF
THE REGION. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN SHOULD BE EXPECTED, AS WELL AS THE THREAT OF
SEVERE STORMS OVER THE NORTHERN PARTS OF SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

AFTER THE PASSAGE OF THE UPPER LOW TONIGHT, SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT SHOULD
CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND. SOMEWHAT DRIER AIR WILL SPREAD THROUGH SOUTHERN
COLORADO, WITH ISOLATED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS STILL POSSIBLE
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. AFTER A COOLER THAN AVERAGE DAY FRIDAY, TEMPERATURES WILL
WARM BACK TO AROUND AVERAGE OVER THE WEEKEND.

THE FORECAST FOR PIKES PEAK, TELLER COUNTY AND THE RAMPART RANGE. SKIES WILL BE
MOSTLY CLOUDY TODAY, WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS BEFORE NOON, BECOMING
NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON. EXPECT HIGH TEMPERATURES FROM NEAR 60
DEGREES, TO AROUND 70. WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH.

TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO RANGE IN THE MID 50S TO AROUND 70 DEGREES. WINDS WILL
