CREATE HAZARDOUS SURF AND A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS THROUGH AT
LEAST WEDNESDAY MORNING.

EAST AND SOUTH FACING REEFS...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TIYAN HAS ISSUED A HIGH SURF
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CHST WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES AND SURF...SURF ON EAST FACING REEFS WILL BUILD TO BETWEEN
  9 AND 12 FEET THIS EVENING. SURF ON SOUTH FACING REEFS WILL
  BUILD TO BETWEEN 7 AND 9 FEET THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...SURF WILL REMAIN NEAR THESE HEIGHTS THROUGH AT LEAST
  EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...THEN DIMINISH BELOW HAZARDOUS LEVELS
  SOMETIME WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...THE SURF WILL CREATE A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG
  EAST AND SOUTH FACING REEFS OF THE MARIANAS. THERE MAY ALSO BE
  SOME LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HAZARDOUS SURF OF AT LEAST 9 FEET
WILL AFFECT EXPOSED REEFS AND BEACHES. STAY AWAY FROM EXPOSED
REEFS AND BEACHES...ESPECIALLY THOSE ALONG EAST AND SOUTH FACING
REEFS.
