ALTHOUGH THERE WERE A FEW COLD DAYS TO START THE MONTH, MUCH OF THE
MIDDLE OF MARCH FEATURED TEMPERATURES THAT WERE WELL ABOVE NORMAL.
THE WEATHER PATTERN SHIFTED AROUND THE 18TH WHEN COLDER AIR ARRIVED
AND TEMPERATURES REMAINED NEAR OR BELOW NORMAL FOR MOST OF THE REST
OF THE MONTH.

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 34.7 DEGREES WHICH WAS 2.8
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THIS MARKED THE 5TH CONSECUTIVE MONTH OF ABOVE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES DATING BACK TO OCTOBER 2015. A TOTAL OF 3.50
INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL WHICH WAS 0.13 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.
