.THE 2017 SPRING SEASON WAS COOLER WITH BELOW NORMAL
PRECIPITATION AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SPRING SEASON WAS 37.7 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 0.5 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 38.2 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST
TEMPERATURE FOR THE SPRING WAS 76 DEGREES ON MAY 26TH AND MAY 27TH.
THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE SPRING WAS -15 DEGREES ON MARCH 3RD.
NO MONTHLY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN THIS SPRING.

SPEED OF 56 MPH OUT OF THE WEST.

EARLY JUNE AND PEAK TO THE UPPER 70S DURING JULY. BY THE END OF
AUGUST NORMAL HIGHS COOL TO THE LOW 70S. NORMAL LOWS START IN THE
MID 40S AND WARM TO THE LOW 50S BY LATE JUNE. BY THE END OF AUGUST
NORMAL LOWS COOL TO THE UPPER 40S. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE
SUMMER IS 10.43 INCHES. THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK
INDICATES THAT THERE IS NO CLEAR INDICATION FOR ABOVE OR BELOW
NORMAL TEMPERATURES OR PRECIPITATION FOR THE SUMMER.
