.SYNOPSIS...
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL SUPPORT MODERATE
SOUTHEAST WINDS AND LOW TO MODERATE SEAS ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS
GULF WATERS. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ALONG THE COAST WILL TIGHTEN
DURING THE DAY RESULTING IN ELEVATED SOUTHEAST WINDS.
