.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move through on Tuesday
shifting winds to the north and northwest. Southerly flow will
return mid-week ahead of another front on Friday. The most
adverse marine conditions, possibly featuring Small Craft
Advisories, are likely to occur around the end of the week.
Otherwise, favorable marine conditions are anticipated through the
remainder of the forecast period.
