out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Dry conditions continue through the middle of the week. A general
weak westerly flow is expected to develop overnight. A weak cold
front will then move off the coast Tuesday morning with a moderate
northerly flow developing in its wake. Onshore flow is expected
to return Wednesday as high pressure moves east of the area. A
cold front will move across the area Thursday evening and bring a
chance of showers to the offshore Gulf Waters. Behind the front,
moderate to strong offshore flow is expected Thursday night into
Friday morning. Low chances of showers will return Saturday night
as moisture increases over the Gulf Waters.
