AND STRENGTHEN TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. A BRIEF PERIOD OF LIGHT
OFFSHORE FLOW IS POSSIBLE LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY AS A COLD
FRONT REACHES THE WATERS. ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO RESUME LATE
IN THE WEEK AND STRENGTHEN AS A STORM SYSTEM DEVELOPS OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS.
