.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
HIGH PRESSURE FAR NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY THROUGH THE PERIOD. HOWEVER...A SURFACE TROUGH IS
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP NORTH OF THE AREA LATER TODAY BEFORE WEAKENING
BY THURSDAY. ANOTHER TROUGH WILL DEVELOP NORTHWEST OF THE ISLANDS ON
FRIDAY...AND THEN MOVE EAST THROUGH SATURDAY. SHOWERS WILL BE
ISOLATED...EXCEPT FOR SCATTERED WINDWARD SHOWERS TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY.

HAWAIIAN WATERS WITHIN 40 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE CHANNELS-

.TODAY AND TONIGHT...EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 KT. WIND WAVES 3 TO 6 FT.
.WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS 5 TO 15 KT.
WIND WAVES 3 TO 5 FT. SOUTHWEST SWELL 3 FT FRIDAY.
