.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A weak low pres system continues over the Washington coastal
waters through Wed. Another low pres system is expected to move
just south of the central Oregon coastal water tonight. High
pres spreads over the waters from the west during the latter
half of the week.

.IN THE MAIN CHANNEL...Combined seas around 14 ft today then
near 10 ft tonight. However, seas will temporarily build to 15
ft with breakers likely during the strong ebb around 445 AM and
to 15 ft with breakers likely during the ebb around 515 PM this
