MOVE THROUGH THE REGION BRINGING STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS. ADVISORY
CONDITIONS ARE BRIEFLY POSSIBLE WEST OF APALACHICOLA WITH
CAUTIONARY CONDITIONS ELSEWHERE. EXPECT WINDS TO BE MORE MODERATE
