* AT 10:45 AM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 14.9 FEET...OR 2.1 FEET BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 17.0 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY RISE TO FLOOD STAGE LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON.
  THE RIVER MAY THEN RISE TO 17.2 FEET...OR 0.2 FEET ABOVE FLOOD
  STAGE...EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THE RIVER MAY GO BELOW FLOOD STAGE
  LATE TUESDAY EVENING.
* IMPACT...AT 17.0 FEET...HIGHWAY T71 IS OVERTOPPED NORTH OF THE
