...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM EST TUESDAY THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a

* Flood Watch for a portion of central New York, including the
  following area, Northern Oneida.

* From 1 AM EST Tuesday through late Wednesday night

Rain showers will cause around an inch of precipitation through
early Tuesday. In addition, very warm temperatures will cause
significant snow melt. The combination of rain and snow melt will
cause area streams and rivers to rise.

Ice jams will also need to be monitored from Fish Creek and Taberg
to Sylvan Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
