THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...COOKE...EASTLAND...JACK...
  MONTAGUE...PALO PINTO...STEPHENS...WISE AND YOUNG.

* THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND NEAR A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
  BE POSSIBLE TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE GREATEST
  POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR
  TONIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE 1 TO 3 INCHES IN THE WATCH AREA
  WITH ISOLATED HIGHER TOTALS.

* FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND URBAN AREAS...CREEKS...STREAMS AND
  RIVERS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR HEAVY
