...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for a portion of northeast Montana has been
cancelled.

The Milk River at Glasgow and the Big Muddy River near Antelope
have been falling and are expected to continue falling. Flooding
is no longer expected.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch is now in effect for

* A portion of northeast Montana along the Yellowstone River,
  including the following areas, Dawson and Richland Counties.

* Through Monday afternoon.

* Ice is breaking up and flowing along the Yellowstone River,
  causing ice jams. Ice jams can bring quickly rising water levels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
