COUNTIES...

AT 828 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN
THE RAGLAND AREA. FLOODING HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED NEAR OHATCHEE.
PLEASE AVOID DRIVING IN FLOODED AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
