...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT FOR EAST CENTRAL
HIDALGO COUNTY HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE...

THE HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS MOVED NORTH OUT
OF EAST CENTRAL HIDALGO COUNTY. HOWEVER...LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWER
ACTIVITY PERSISTS OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN HIDALGO COUNTY.

EXCESS RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN IS DIMINISHING. THE WATER LEVELS HAVE
RECEDED OR WERE BEGINNING TO RECEDE...ENDING THE FLOOD THREAT. IF
FLOODING HAS BEEN OBSERVED...PLEASE REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.

PLEASE RESPECT ROAD BARRICADES PLACED NEAR FLOODED ROADS AND STREETS
BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.
