EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...NORTH CENTRAL WHARTON...SOUTHEASTERN
AUSTIN...SOUTHEASTERN WALLER AND NORTHWESTERN FORT BEND COUNTIES...

AT 806 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES
ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES SO FAR AND CELLS CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
RATES BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES PER HOUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
THERE ARE SOME INDICATIONS THAT THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL COULD BE
SHIFTING FURTHER SOUTH WITHIN THE HOUR.
