...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM EDT TUESDAY
FOR SOUTHERN KENT...NORTHWESTERN SUSSEX...NORTHEASTERN TALBOT...SOUTH
CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE`S AND CAROLINE COUNTIES...

AT 200 AM EDT...LITTLE OR NO RAIN WAS FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA
BUT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT RAIN SHOULD RESUME ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA AROUND 3 AM AND MAY BECOME HEAVY TOWARD 4 AM. SO WHILE
ANY FLOOD WATERS SHOULD NOW BE RECEDING,  FLOODING MAY RESUME TOWARD
4 AM.

EASTON...MILFORD...DENTON...HARRINGTON...GREENSBORO...OAKLAND...RIDGELY...
ELLENDALE...BOWERS...QUEEN ANNE...VIOLA...STARR...HARMONY...ANDREWSVILLE...
AGNER...CORDOVA...JUMPTOWN...TANYARD...SKIPTON AND WYE MILLS.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
