...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM MDT FOR
WEST CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY...

AT 721 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS PRODUCING ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL ACROSS THE WALDO CANYON BURN SCAR.

HEAVY RAIN MOVED OVER THE BURN SCAR EARLIER AND RUNOFF FROM THIS
RAINFALL MAY STILL BE MOVING DOWN THE CANYONS AND DRAINAGES. IN
ADDITION...LIGHT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH 8 PM.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH ARE
POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOVE AWAY FROM RECENTLY BURNED AREAS. LIFE THREATENING FLOODING OF
CREEKS...ROADS AND NORMALLY DRY ARROYOS IS LIKELY. THE HEAVY RAINS
WILL LIKELY TRIGGER ROCKSLIDES...MUDSLIDES AND DEBRIS FLOWS IN STEEP
TERRAIN...ESPECIALLY IN AND AROUND THESE AREAS.
