The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Clark County in south central Indiana...
  Floyd County in south central Indiana...

* Until 815 AM EST

* At 337 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, New Providence Town,
  Clarksville, Charlestown, Sellersburg, Galena, Owen and Borden.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to locally 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. The ground is extremely saturated from recent heavy
rainfall. This additional heavy rainfall will likely lead to flash
flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
