The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Athens County in southeastern Ohio...
  Northeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 1115 PM EDT

* At 809 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  very heavy rain across the warned area, with little movement.
  These storms are expected to continue through 9 PM before
  diminishing. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Athens, Lake Hope State Park, Nelsonville, Chauncey, Amesville and
  The Plains.
