River forecasts include past precipitation and forecast rainfall for
the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternate route. Turn around, don`t drown.

* Recent activity...the river is falling steadily.
* Forecast...Fall below flood stage Saturday morning.

* At  9:30 AM Friday the stage was 13.7 feet...and steady.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring.
* Recent activity...the river is near crest now and expected to remain
  near crest through the day today.
* Forecast...Rise to 13.8 feet today. Fall below flood stage
  Wednesday evening.
* Impact...At  13.0 feet...Water affects many residences along the
  river.

* Forecast...Fall below flood stage Sunday morning.
* Impact...At  15.5 feet...Water affects the lowest sections of Old
  River Road SW.

  The Cedar River near Conesville.
* Until further notice.
* At  9:00 AM Friday the stage was 17.9 feet...and steady.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Recent activity...the river has crested and is slowly falling.
* Forecast...Fall to 17.3 feet Saturday morning.
* Impact...At  18.0 feet...Water affects several residences in the
  Rochester area and is at the bottom of the County Road F44 bridge.
  Water also affects the lowest areas of West Rochester Avenue and
  affects residences in Moscow.
