...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Colorado...

  Arkansas River At La Junta affecting Otero County.

.Recent heavy rains over Pueblo County and releases from the Pueblo
Reservoir will keep river levels running high.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...

Stay away from the banks of rivers and streams. During a flood...
saturated banks can easily break off and fall into potentially
deadly...fast flowing flood water.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Arkansas River At La Junta.
* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:15 AM Saturday the stage was 11.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 11.5 feet by
  midmorning Monday then begin falling.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Minor agricultural flooding occurs.
