Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Lampasas River Near Kempner affecting Lampasas County.

  Little River Near Little River affecting Bell County.

  Little River Near Rockdale affecting Milam County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Lampasas River near Kempner.

* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding can be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tonight.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little River near Little River.

* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Minor flooding of the race track on right
  bank immediately upstream from the highway 95 bridge is expected.
  Some rural roads will experience flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 32.7 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow
    morning.

* WHERE...Little River near Rockdale.

* WHEN...From Friday evening to late Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, lowland flooding is expected along both
  banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow evening to a crest near 32 feet early Saturday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday
    morning.
