THE NEW ENGLAND COAST BY EVENING. MORNING RAIN WILL END EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON. A DRY COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA TONIGHT WITH HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE REGION FROM THE WEST THURSDAY INTO THE
WEEKEND.

GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ARE FORECAST TODAY WITH MIN RH VALUES 50 TO
70 PERCENT AND MAX MIXING HEIGHTS 2000 TO 3300 FEET AGL. MIN RH
VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO STAY ABOVE 30 PERCENT ON THURSDAY.
MIXING HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE FOR THURSDAY RANGING FROM 3500 TO
