Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
256 PM EDT Tue Sep 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough will move into the area
promoting scattered thunderstorms during the forecast period.
Expect min RH values around 40 percent each afternoon with light
and variable winds. On Wednesday, transport winds will be light
and out of the west. Thursday, light transport winds will be out
of the northeast as surface ridging extends into the area from the
northeast.

Upper level clouds moving in will inhibit widespread fog tonight.
However fog prone areas may still see some shallow fog tonight and
early Wednesday morning.
