.DISCUSSION...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SLOWLY THROUGH THE
AREA TODAY AND STALL JUST TO THE SOUTH TONIGHT.  AHEAD OF
THE FRONT...THE WEDGE IS EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY SCOUR
OUT BY THIS EVENING WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES EXPECTED THIS
AFTERNOON. LOW CONFIDENCE IN WIND SPEED AND DIRECTION THIS
MORNING BUT BY AFTERNOON THE WINDS SHOULD BECOME NORTHWESTERLY
AND EVENTUALLY VEER TO THE NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. LIGHT
RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY.

WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG THIS MORNING WILL BE SLOW TO BREAK BUT
CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE BETWEEN 10 AM AND NOON. REASONABLE
MIXING HEIGHTS OVER 2000 FT TODAY ASSUMING THE WEDGE DOES
BREAK BUT TUESDAY MIXING HEIGHTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MUCH LOWER
AT LESS THAN 1500 FT.  RH VALUES WILL REMAIN FAIRLY HIGH AROUND
50 PERCENT OR HIGHER.
