.DISCUSSION...Some increase in moisture will occur on Tuesday,
resulting in a higher coverage of clouds. This will leave afternoon
minimum RH values from 50 to 60 percent. Moderate southeast winds
through the day. Turning much warmer on Wednesday as winds turn
southerly. Humid values will remain similar to that noted on Tuesday.
