FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DETROIT/PONTIAC MI
357 AM EDT THU JUL 28 2016

.DISCUSSION...THERE WILL BE A CONSIDERABLE DIFFERENCE ACROSS
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY LEVELS
TODAY. INCREASING NORTHEAST WINDS WILL SLOWLY ADVECT THE COOLER
MARINE AIRMASS FROM LAKE HURON INLAND...MAKING CONDITIONS ACROSS THE
THUMB COOLER WITH HIGHER DAYTIME RH VALUES. SOUTHERN MICHIGAN WILL BE
LOCATED BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH AND LOW PRESSURE TO THE
SOUTH INTO SATURDAY. THE FLOW ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIGH WILL KEEP
CONDITIONS A LITTLE COOLER...WHILE THE CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION WILL
BE GREATER ACROSS THE SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF THE AREA.
