.DISCUSSION...
Fine fuels will continue to dry today with RH in the 35-55% range
and gusty onshore winds expected this afternoon. Onshore winds will
remain elevated tonight and tomorrow, but moisture return will allow
RH to recover to above 50% by tomorrow afternoon.
