AND OFF THE COAST BY MID MORNING. BREEZY NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
FOLLOW THE FRONT LATER TODAY AND THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
THEN BUILD INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS OVER THE WEEKEND.
