FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX
723 AM CDT MON MAY 30 2016

.DISCUSSION...
RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN LOW TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SILL CONTROLS
THE REGIONAL WEATHER PATTERN. THE ATMOSPHERE IS STILL UNSTABLE AND
MOIST ENOUGH TO ALLOW A FEW AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS TO FORM DURING THE
HEAT OF THE DAY. VERY GOOD MORNING MOISTURE RECOVERY CONTINUES WITH
GREATER THAN 50 PERCENT RH VALUES DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. FAIRLY
LIGHT SOUTHERLY TRANSPORT IS EXPECTED THROUGH MODEST MIXING DEPTHS.
